Are you unable to connect to the Internet?
The LED lights on the CPE will tell you whether your connection is operational.
When the CPE keeps indicating a fault, contact the helpdesk.
If the CPE indicates that your connection is operational:
- the problem will be due to (the configuration of) your own devices.
- or, it may be that your connection has been placed in quarantaine. This is not always evident when using an app on your smartphone. Start up your browser, and you will see the SSHnet quarantine page with information on how to proceed.
